EASY WAY TO MAKE PUFF PUFF

PUFF PUFF is a Nigerian spongy  snack recipe that is deep-fried,and categorise under the  families of small chops, here is my wonderful recipe

INGREDIENTS

  1. Flour   ……………………….   500g
  2. Sugar   ………………………   300g
  3. Yeast  ………………………..   150g
  4. Salt   ………………………….  A pinch
  5. Flavor  ……………………….   1/2 tbsp (optional)
  6. Veg.oil  for frying

STEPS

  1. Add your flour into a clean bowl
  2. Add sugar,flavor,salt,and mix very well
  3. Add your yeast,(NOTE: mix your yeast with warm water to make the puff puff rise faster)
  4. Add water to the mixture them hand mix until it becomes smooth and not too watery it should be thicker than the batter for PANCAKES
  5. the deep fry(NOTE:  please make sure the oil is not too hot else your puff wont be well cooked)
