EASY WAY TO MAKE CURRY SAUCE( WITH WHITE RICE)

INGREDIENTS

  1. Corn flour¬† —————–¬† 200g
  2. Curry¬† ———————–¬† 2 tsp
  3. Carrots¬† ———————- 300g
  4. Green beans ————– 15og
  5. Onion ———————–¬† 1 pcs
  6. Maggi ———————–¬† (to taste)
  7. Salt ————————–¬† (to taste)
  8. Bell pepper —————-¬† 2 pcs
  9. Cabbage ——————-¬† 200g
  10. Fresh pepper ————-¬† 50g
  11. chili pepper —————¬† (to taste)
  12. butter/veg.oil ————-¬† 100g
  13. Ginger ———————-¬† 30g
  14. Hot dog/sauage ———¬† ¬†200g

STEPS

  1. pour a clean water into a pot and set to cook
  2. Add green beans and onions
  3. Add your butter/veg.oil and then allow to boil
  4. Add curry,maggi,salt,ginger, and chili pepper
  5. Add your carrots and fresh pepper ( then allow to boil)
  6. Make a batter out of the corn flour and pour it into the pot(stir very well)
  7. Add your cabbage,bell peppers, hot dog and stir very well (allow to cook for 3 mins)
  8. stir so that it wont burn under
  9. correct seasoning and allow to cook for at least 2 mins (serve with white rice) WATCH VIDEO HERE

Okay let me not say that everybody loves sharwamah, but trust,me if you try this recipe you wont regret it, for the guys just know this every girl loves sharwamah… lol

INGREDIENTS

  2. Cabbage¬† —————————-¬† ¬† 150g
  3. Carrot¬† ——————————–¬† ¬† 50g
  4. Mayonnaise ————————-¬† ¬† 300g
  5. ketchup¬† ¬†—————————–¬† ¬† 100g
  6. Sugar¬† ——————————–¬† ¬† 150g
  7. Green bell pepper —————–¬† ¬† 50g
  8. Ginger¬† ——————————-¬† ¬† 10g
  9. Garlic¬† ——————————–¬† ¬† 10g
  10. Hot dog¬† ¬†—————————-¬† ¬† ¬†300
  11. Chili pepper¬† ————————¬† ¬† 10g
  12. Fresh tomatoes¬† ——————-¬† ¬† 2 balls
  13. Tortillas wrap ———————–¬† ¬† 5 pcs

STEPS

  1. Dice your beef and cook them very well.
  2. Sauce your beef with a pepper sauce and then dry them up
  3. Cut your cabbage, shred your carrot then mix together
  4. Mix your mayonnaise with the ketchup
  5. Add ginger,garlic,chili pepper, and sugar to your mayonnaise  (mix properly)
  6. Mix together your beef,cabbage and mayonnaise (mix very well)
  7. Put your mix on the tortillas wrap, add fresh tomatoes and hot dogs, then fold.
  8. Toast the sharwamah as soon as you finish folding (ready to serve)

EASY SPAGHETTI JOLLOF WITH CABBAGE

This is a very simple way of making spaghetti jollof,my friends always want me to prepare this meal…if i don’t, who will lol

INGREDIENTS

  1. Spaghetti¬† ———- ——————-¬† ¬†500g
  2. Cabbage¬† ¬†——————————¬† 150g
  3. Fresh tomatoes¬† ———————¬† ¬†150g
  4. Tomatoes paste ———————¬† ¬† 200g
  5. Fresh pepper¬† ————————¬† ¬†30g
  6. Maggi¬† ¬† ——————————–¬† ¬†2 cubes
  7. Salt¬† ¬† ———————————–¬† ¬†20g
  8. Chili pepper ————————–¬† ¬† 50g
  9. Crayfish¬† ——————————¬† ¬†100g
  10. Ginger¬† ¬†——————————-¬† ¬†20g
  11. Garlic¬† ———————————¬† ¬†20g
    vegetable oil for frying

STEPS

  1. Boil your spaghetti (till cooked)
    2. Chop finely your onions, fresh pepper,fresh tomatoes, and cabbage
    3. pour your vegetable oil into a pot
    4. Add ginger,garlic,and onions and stir
    5. Add your fresh pepper, fresh tomatoes, and tomatoes paste stir properly(add little water if thick)
    6. Add maggi,salt, chili pepper, and crayfish stir very well(add little water if thick)
    7. Add your cabbage and allow to cook
    8. Then pour in your boiled spaghetti and mix very well, on a low heat allow for 3 mins (ready to serve)

  5. Ginger¬† ¬† —————————————-¬† ¬† ¬† 50g
  6. Garlic¬† ¬† ¬†—————————————-¬† ¬† ¬† ¬†50g
  7. Crayfish¬† ¬† ————————————-¬† ¬† ¬† ¬†100g
  8. Maggi¬† —————————————–¬† ¬† ¬† ¬†3 cubes
  9. Salt¬† ¬† ¬† ——————————————¬† ¬† ¬†10g
  10. vegetable oil ———————————–¬† ¬† 1 cooking spoon

STEPS

  1. Wash your beans very well to remove the outer layer
  2. Add your onion,fresh pepper, chili pepper, ginger and garlic
  3. Grind them together
  4. Add crayfish,maggi, and salt( stir very properly)
  5. Add vegetable oil, then mix very well

5. Isam(periwinkle) —————–¬† ¬† ¬†3 cups
6. Cow head(optional) —————¬† 1kg(optional)
7. Salt ————————————¬† To taste
8. Maggi ——————————–¬† ¬†To taste
9. Pepper ——————————-¬† ¬†To taste
0. Crayfish (grounded) —————-¬†1/2¬†cup
11. Palm oil ——————————¬†¬†1 cooking spoon
12. Chicken (optional) —————-¬† 1kg(optional)
13. Achi ———————————¬† ¬†¬†150g
14. Uziza leaf —————————-¬†1 cup
15. onions ——————————-¬† ¬†1 ball
16. Ngolo(optional) ——————–¬†¬†1 cup

STEPS
1. Make a stock from your Beef,Chicken,Cow head, Stock fish.
2. With a clean pot add water and the stock you made from you beef ,chicken,cowhead or stock fish
3. Add periwinkle,smoked fish, and cowskin
4. Add salt, maggi, pepper,onion,and crayfish(allow to boil)
5. Add palm oil then stir, add your beef, chicken,cow head, stock fish (all can go)
6. Add Achi and stir very well
7. Allow to cook for attest 10min( add extra water if it’s too thick)
8. Add uziza leaf, taste and correct seasoning. bring it down.
