AFRICAN SALAD SAUCED RECIPES

check out my fried recipe on African salad and choose wisely,those in Enugu state, Nigeria can’t do without this sauced recipe… then i made easy so that you can find it convenient to do it anytime without thinking of it,as stress.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Abacha (shredded cassava) —————————    3 cups
  2. Red oil    —————————————————–   2 cooking spoon
  3. water made from palm fraud ash ———————-  1/2 cup
  4. salt            —————————————————   (To taste)
  5. maggi      —————————————————-    (To taste)
  6. African nutmeg (Ehuru)   ——————————-    20g
  7. Chili pepper   ———————————————-    40g
  8. Oil beans (ugba)   —————————————-    150g
  9. Garden egg leaf    —————————————-    1 1/2 cup
  10. Onion    —————————————————–     1 ball
  11. Fresh pepper    ——————————————-      70g
  12. Crayfish   ————————————————–  (optional)

STEPS

  1. Pour red oil in a small mixing plate
  2. Add water made from palm fraud ash, little at a time
  3. Mix very well until it thickens
  4. Add salt,maggi, African nutmeg (Ehuru),Chili pepper.
  5. Soak your abacha(shredded cassava) in a cold water for at least 58 secs
  6. Remove from water and put inside a clean bowl
  7. Add Oil beans (ugba), Garden egg lea, onion,fresh pepper
  8. Then pour in you red oil sauce and mix very well (WATCH VIDEO)
